With a background in content and operations, Archie oversees the daily operations of the company. His core principles revolve around transparent, people-first working, with a focus on employee skill growth.

A firm advocate that walking boots are the pinnacle of footwear, Archie enjoys going for strolls in the countryside he grew up in. He describes his music taste as 'eclectic', because it sounds better than 'questionable', and is gracious enough to share it with the rest of the office.

In the evenings, Archie can be found haunting the pubs of Norwich, where he’s always got a smile - or an ale recommendation - to share.
